The Wideyes are the high-performance goggles from Vola, a family brand from Passy since 1935. The cylindrical lens limits distortion and the XXL field of view gives you a precise reading of the terrain. RevealLine technology, developed over several years of World Cup testing, combined with iridium coatings, enhances contrast in overcast weather as well as in full sun. They come with two lenses, a category 3 and an extra Pink lens for lower light, which are changed using a system combining clips and magnets. 15 mm triple-density foam, breathable nose area, flexible frame compatible with all helmet shapes, microfibre bag and hard case included. Come and adjust them with your helmet at the shop.
Neva’s advice
The Pink lens included is excellent as soon as the sky clouds over; keep the category 3 for bluebird days on the glaciers.
