How does the rental process work?
Simple, quick and stress-free – here’s how renting with NEVA works.
Choose your course and add the materials.
You can book your equipment rental in two ways:
1. directly through “Book your equipment” by selecting your dates
2. or as an add-on to your lesson when booking online. When you add equipment to a lesson, you benefit from a discounted rental rate.
Enter each participant’s height, weight and shoe size so that we can prepare everything in advance and save you time on arrival. You can also add equipment storage to your booking at this stage.
Smart tip: already have your own equipment? Book a “refresh” lesson and enjoy a discount on equipment storage.
Collect your equipment from the shop.
On the day you arrive, please pop round to 26 Place des Dolomites. Everything is ready; our ski technicians will check the final adjustments (boots, bindings).
Adjust as you go along.
Are your boots causing discomfort? Need to swap your skis? Fancy upgrading? We’ll swap your equipment during your stay. Adjustments can be made at any time during your stay.
Please return your equipment.
On the last day, simply drop off your equipment at the shop, or, if you’ve booked the storage service, it will already be waiting for you there.
The options

You arrive in the morning in your street shoes, get changed in the warmth of our shop, and head out straight onto the slopes. In the evening, you leave everything with us and head home with your hands free.
Your equipment – skis, poles and boots – is kept safe at the base of the slopes. Every evening, we dry your boots so that they’re dry and comfortable when you wake up. And every morning, your skis are waiting for you, ready to go, exactly where you need them: on the snow front for private lessons, or at the flag marking your group’s spot for children on group lessons.
No more carrying skis, no more damp boots, no more clutter in the apartment. Just the joy of skiing, from the first day to the last.

Prices vary depending on the hire period (by the day, for several days or by the week) and the equipment package chosen (Discovery, Performance or Premium Gold Package). The longer the hire period, the lower the daily rate. As we are based directly at the foot of the slopes, with no middlemen, we are able to offer very competitive rates in the resort. Full details are provided for each package at the time of booking.
It isn’t compulsory, but it is strongly recommended, especially during the school holidays (Christmas, February, Easter) when demand skyrockets. Booking online guarantees that equipment suitable for your level will be available and saves you valuable time when you arrive at the resort.
Depending on the package you choose, the hire includes skis or a snowboard, boots, poles (for skiing) and a helmet. Our team of ski technicians personally selects the equipment best suited to your body type, your ability and the day’s snow conditions. Everything is carefully maintained between each use: waxing, edge sharpening and binding adjustment.
The right size depends on the child’s height, weight and ability level. For a beginner, choose shorter skis (up to the chin) to make them easier to control. For an advanced skier, go for skis that reach shoulder height. Don’t worry, our ski instructors will select the right pair in just a few minutes after a quick chat about the child’s ability and skiing habits.
It depends. Our Family and Discovery packages include a helmet in the basic hire price. For à la carte hire, helmets can be added as an optional extra at a reduced rate, particularly for children. Safety shouldn’t be a cost factor, so we keep the price of children’s helmets to a minimum.
You can hire for as long as you like, from a single day to a whole week. Daily hire is ideal for a short stay or to try before you buy, whilst weekly hire offers the best value per day. Everything can be arranged at the time of booking.
No problem. If your equipment develops a fault or breaks during your stay, simply return to the shop and we’ll replace it straight away, at no extra cost. Our team checks all equipment upon return and systematically sets aside anything that isn’t in perfect condition.
Three practical reasons. Our shop is located at 26 Place des Dolomites, right on the snow front, so you can put your boots on and hit the slopes straight away. Our team of ski technicians personally selects and fits each pair for you, rather than leaving you to rummage through the shelves. And if you book a lesson with us, your equipment will be pre-set to suit your ability right from the start.
