Description
The Army Leather Gore-Tex 3 Finger is a warm glove designed for skiing in tough conditions. Its format groups the middle, ring and little fingers for extra warmth, while leaving the index finger free to retain sensitivity at the fingertips. The goatskin leather palm is paired with a recycled polyamide fabric, and the new-generation Gore-Tex membrane, made without PFAS, makes it waterproof and windproof. Its pre-curved shape naturally follows the position of the hand on the pole. Hestra also intends it for ski touring and high mountain use. The high cuff with snow lock protects against snow when you fall. Try it on in store and collect it at the shop.
Choosing your size
Measure the circumference of your hand just below the knuckles, excluding the thumb, then refer to the Hestra size guide; for a ski glove, leave a little air space around the hand and, if you are between two sizes, take the larger one. The simplest option is still to try them on in the shop.
Neva’s advice
The three-finger is an excellent compromise if you are torn between gloves and mittens: you keep your index finger for bindings and zips, without sacrificing warmth.
Collect at the Neva shop, 26 Place des Dolomites, Val d’Isère: your item will be waiting for you, prepared and adjusted, when you arrive.
