What is a full day of snowboarding in a private lesson like?
The crisp morning air, the midday temperature inversion, the evening light – every moment has its own slopes, snow conditions and atmosphere. Your instructor will tailor the day to your preferences, your ability and the weather.
In-depth technical work at the start of the day, when your senses are at their sharpest. In the afternoon, it’s time for practice and exploration: freeriding in the best areas of Val d’Isère-Tignes (the Espace Killy), sessions in the snowpark, searching for powder or discovering hidden valleys, depending on the conditions.

Typical session programme
9.00 am – 9.30 am
Welcome at the base of the slopes and a chat about the day’s plans.
9.30 am – 12 noon
In-depth technical analysis of the identified objective.
12 noon – 1.30 pm
Lunch break (Lunch Club option available separately).
1.30 pm – 4.00 pm
Exploration and practice: snow park, freeride, specific areas.
4pm – 5pm
Summary of the day and areas for improvement.
